Shipping & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you need to make a return or receive a refund, please email us at sales@heintzmfg.com to explain the issue with your item and your reason for requesting a return.
- All pre-order products are final sale.
- For international shipping – any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping quote.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Proof of original purchase is required.
- A 15% restocking fee of the full item purchase price will be charged to all returns not due to our error.
- Authorized returns are processed ONLY after the item is received by Heintz MFG LLC and inspected carefully.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Heintz MFG LLC reserves the right to deny a return request.
Returns Due to Defect
We will gladly accept the return of Heintz MFG LLC products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.
- We are NOT responsible for incorrect vehicle fitment, failure to follow the proper installation instructions or failure to have Heintz MFG LLC parts installed by a licensed mechanic.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm fitment before purchase.
- Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of receiving your item.
- Defective or incorrect parts will be exchanged upon receipt of the returned part at our expense. Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt to detect any possible issues.
