RX7 FC Lower Diff Washer

Description

RX7 FC Lower Diff Washer:

Ronin 8.8 FC swap kits rely on a flexible differential bushing to allow the differential to be pushed upward to achieve proper pinion angle, which binds the bushing and causes the factory crown washer to not seat fully. That compromise can allow unwanted movement at the lower mount. This washer was designed to accommodate that angle so the washer and nut seat flat and clamp consistently. In testing on two separate 600+ hp drift cars, this change resulted in a significant reduction in wheel hop.

 

 

 

 

 

 

To ensure proper fitment, verify angle matches as shown in the picture.

• Confirmed fitment with Mazda Comp/MazdaSpeed rubber diff bushings like Ronin recommends, but may work with derlin/poly mounts as long as angle matches as shown in picture above
